Next Generation Fuel Safety
Fuel Safe Systems specializes in the design and manufacturing of flexible bladder containment systems for fluid transfer and storage for the unique demands of subsea application for vessels, ROVs, and platform operation.
We currently work to manufacture subsea application systems for some of the world leading companies in remote and offshore oil operations, developing fluid system solutions to meet the requirement of the specific operation.
We offer an expansive offering of flexible composite materials tailored to work specifically with your air, gas, and fluid requirements. Fuel Safe Systems has developed proprietary materials to meet the demands for reusable, multi-chemical containment systems to reduce cost and improve the environmental impact over some of the traditional systems currently in the field. Our engineering team can work with you to identify the materials to meet your application needs and use the latest in CAD technology to help design and develop bladder systems for your missions.
The Fuel Safe Systems Advantage
All of our subsea systems are specifically designed for subsea applications and feature marine grade hardware, fittings and materials. We perform 100% validation testing on all systems prior to delivery as we understand the critical nature of our customer’s applications and the need to protect sensitive marine environments, equipment and systems. Fuel Safe Systems is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing operation with all design, development and production performed in our state of the art 93,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Redmond, Oregon U.S.A.
